Photophobia:

Yeah, so I’m still not taking pictures yet, except the occassional shot when someone else wants a record of something. So why aren’t I? Who really knows.

Part of it lies in not wanting to walk around poking a ‘bulky’ camera in people’s faces for a mere 2 megapixel ‘ROI’, if you will. Then there’s not actually getting to spend as much time on the laptop editing it as I’d like, added to which I’m not exactly a huge fan of relying on a laptop screen to gauge whether the colors of an image are as I’d like them to be.

Another niggling hindrance is that I would like to change the way I present photos on the site, but with a yearning to throw up a new design at some point in the not-too-distant future, I’d rather just do it all in one go.

I mentioned getting my hands on a Canon G3, but since then I’ve re-established that what I really want it a d-slr like the Canon 10D, so I’m still saving my pennies for now.

So basically I’m just full of B.S. at the moment!

ah. this dilemma. the thing is: here in holland, the 10D is literally THREE times the price of the G3. i may, for this reason, decide to make a modest start…
(do get some photos up soon, they are missed!)

Lynn: you’re quite right, it’s about the same price ratio here. decisions, decisions.

Chris: yup, talk about ‘enhancement’.

I had rather believe all the fables in the Legend, and the Talmud, and the Alcoran, than that this universal frame is without a mind. And therefore, God never wrought miracle, to convince atheism, because his ordinary works convince it. It is true, that a little philosophy inclineth man’s mind to atheism; but depth in philosophy bringeth men’s minds about to religion. by casino online
